Pursuant to section 10(5) of the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance, a person whose name has been removed from the register under section 10(4) of the Ordinance may apply to the Physiotherapists Board for the restoration of his or her name to the register. The Board may, subject to any conditions it considers appropriate, approve or decline the application. Upon the Board's approval and the applicant's payment of the prescribed fee, his or her name will be restored accordingly.
